Wer bin ich?

Ich bin Aga Schmidt, 47 Jahre alt und seit über 25 Jahren praktizierende Buddhistin der tibetischen Vajrayana-Tradition. Nach meiner buddhistischen Zuflucht 1998 begann meine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit Bewusstsein, Ego-Illusion und den fünf großen Ängsten des Egos.

Meine Geschichte – von innerem Chaos zu emotionalen Stabilität und Höchster Freude

Es gab eine Zeit in meinem Leben, in der ich harte Zeit beruflich und privat erlebt habe, zuerst als Stewardess, danach nach außen erfolgreich war – und dennoch innerlich nicht vollständig frei.

Als Führungskräftetrainerin arbeitete ich mit Menschen, die ihre Teams führten, Verantwortung trugen und Ergebnisse lieferten. Und doch erkannte ich etwas, das mich tief berührte:
Viele von uns – selbst auf hohem Niveau – tragen unbewusste Muster in sich, die besonders in Beziehungen und in Business sichtbar werden.
Ich hatte bereits viel erreicht, viel gelernt, viel verstanden – und trotzdem gab es diese Momente und zu viel Arbeit für zu wenig Geld…

Ich wusste:
Das ist nicht die Wahrheit dessen, was möglich ist.

Der Wendepunkt: Quantum Schattenarbeit

Der echte Durchbruch kam nicht durch noch mehr Wissen.
Sondern durch Tiefe. Durch die Arbeit mit meinem Schatten.
Durch das bewusste Erkennen von Premium Strategien.
Ich habe keine „schlechten Tage“ mehr – weder in der Liebe noch in Business -
sondern ein stabiles inneres Fundament und Strategien, die ich nutze, um mir und anderen zu helfen.

Aga Schmidt ist die Gründerin von Quantum Mandala – einer Plattform für Feminine Empowerment für Privatkundinnen – sowie Trainerin im Bereich Mindful Leadership für Firmenkunden.

Seit fünf Jahren ist sie selbstständig tätig als zertifizierte interkulturelle Trainerin und Kompetenztrainerin für Unternehmen.

Aga hat über 1.200 Unternehmensklient:innen begleitet und mehr als 12 mehrwöchige Programme für Frauen erfolgreich durchgeführt. Sie unterstützt insbesondere Führungskräfte und Teamleiter:innen dabei, ihre Führungskompetenzen zu erweitern, Stress nachhaltig zu transformieren, die Teamzusammenarbeit zu stärken und ihre innere Kraft freizusetzen.

Im Jahr 2025 übernahm Aga das Schweizer Unternehmen SOREB AG, das auf Investmentberatung und Implementierung spezialisiert ist, und gründete die Mindful Leadership Academy.
